 The
Physiotherapy Departments boast of skilled staff
of 20 qualified, devoted and experienced Physiotherapists
who look after the rehabilitation needs around 200

Role of Physiotherapy Department in an Orthopaedic
hospital is enormous. In fact a major part of the

to get the patient back to function. This is done
by alleviating pain, reducing the disability improving
strength, and general fitness. The spectrum of patients
who come under the care of the physiotherapist is
vast, from mild aches and pains to post-surgical rehabilitation
e.g. Following joint replacement.

its standards such that it is one of the best centers
of its kind in the region.
In fact realizing the growing need of rehabilitation.
